2. Use of the Website You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. We may update, change, or remove parts of this Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept those updates.

3. Prices and Payments All prices listed on our Site are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of the accepted payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

4. Orders and Acceptance Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract between you and us occurs only when we dispatch your Product(s). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example, due to product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery We deliver within the United Kingdom and internationally, using trusted courier services. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or undelivered items due to incorrect addresses. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Replacements All sales at Fortevio are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns once a Product has been purchased. However, if a customer wishes to exchange their purchased violin for another model available on our website ( in stock or by custom order ), we may offer a replacement option at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:
• The customer must contact us at info@fortevio.uk within 7 days of receipt of the original violin.
• The violin must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• The customer may choose another violin model from our website.
• If the chosen replacement violin is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference in full before the replacement is shipped.
• If the chosen replacement violin is of lower value, we will refund the difference in full.
• Shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned violin shows signs of use, damage, or modification.

7. Warranty All our electric violins come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear (e.g., strings, finish, bridge adjustments) Damage due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, or modification Damage resulting from transport after delivery Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.

Intellectual Property All content on this Site—including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Fortevio and protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by UK law: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim related to a Product shall not exceed the price you paid for that Product. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
